How do I keep my desserts fresh for as long as possible?

Storage of delicious treats is always important! The best way to do this is always in an air tight container to keep products fresh for longer.

If your purchase has some whipped cream or cream cheese aspect to it (cheesecakes, key lime pie, some of the cakes, etc.) they are best stored in the fridge. Cakes should be good for about a week!

All other desserts can be stored at room temperature for about a week. In an airtight container, shortbread can last up to a month (if it doesn't get eaten by then)!

Why is this more expensive than something I can get at Publix or Walmart?

The pricing of all products is based on ingredient cost as well as the time it takes for me to individually craft each creation. Unlike corporations that can mass produce products, mine are all made from scratch and take time to perfect on an individual basis.

Are there Gluten free or Allergy free options?

Most of the products are made with flour that has gluten in it etc. However, upon request this can be swapped out for gluten free flour. Just be sure to let me know at the time of ordering that this is something that you will need done. The same goes for specific allergies. Just make sure that it is stated in advance so I can accommodate theses needs. It may change the flavor ever so slightly, but your dessert should still be delicious!

How long does it take for me to get my order?

All orders are made from scratch upon receipt of the orders. Please note that it takes time to make each creations, so the turnaround is not a fast as with many places. Some products require a large resting time, such as overnight, and so cannot be created and delivered on the same day. It is advised you order at least three days in advance to ensure that there is time for your dessert to be made. The more advance notice you give, the easier it is to add into my schedule and ensure your dessert is perfect and not rushed.

Can I get my cake or other dessert customized?

Yes! I am still learning different decorating techniques, but for the most part, I am more than willing to customize any dessert. Decorations can be changed, the flavor of the cake can be changed and customized. You just have to let me know what you want and I will do my best to make your vision a reality!

What if I'm craving something that isn't on the menu?

I am always interested in trying new things and am more than willing to create something new that you are craving! Most of my cake creations have come from suggestions from friends or a question like "how would you turn a Reese's into a cake?' Just reach out and ask questions and we'll see what can be done!
